Terri Fulton has been in the real estate business for more than 45 years and brings that level of experience to the 24th Street Realty family. Terri started her career selling real estate in Dallas and owned her own company for a number of years, before making the move to Austin 26 years ago and focusing her efforts on helping students and other young adults find their home away from home. Terri has been a leasing agent in and around the campus area for more than 18 years and works closely with the School of English assisting international students as they navigate their way through the leasing process. Year after year, from freshman year to graduation, Terri works for her clients, many of whom continue to work with her as they find their first homes in Austin and start their post-graduation careers.
