Emily Lee started her Real Estate career in Austin in 1993. After much success with Lee Properties she opened 24th Street Realty where she is the acting Broker and Principal. Throughout the years she has had the opportunity to gain experience managing properties including but not limited to commercial,multi-family, residential, HOA's and new construction projects. She was involved in an $8 million development and new construction project in South Austin and most recently a managing partner in a $30 million project in West Campus near the UT campus. Emily was involved in management from the point of raw land development through construction, leasing, sales and bank relationships. Receiving her Broker license in 2012, she is leading the company to new heights and aims to create the top brokerage in the UT campus and Central Austin area. Chris Zaiontz moved to Austin in 2008 after graduating from Texas State University with a BBA in Business Marketing. Jason Botello is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston. A month after graduating from Stephen F. Chris Paz is originally from El Paso, Texas. He moved to Austin, Texas in 2005 to attend the University of Texas. During his time at UT, he was part of various on-campus organizations. After 4 years at UT, Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies with a concentration of Corporate Communications in the spring of 2009. Having had experience interning and being offered a full-time position at a multi-billion dollar lending institution, he realized his passion was elsewhere. During his final semester at UT, he joined the West Campus Living team. While with WCL, he was an integral part of the team and one of WCL’s top agents. Chris and his fellow Realtors created 24th Street Realty during the summer of 2013.

Hailing from South Texas, Sterling Ameel moved to Austin in 2009 to pursue a degree at the University of Texas at Austin, where he double-majored in philosophy and rhetoric. While initially set on attending law school, he had a change of heart while working as a realtor during his collegiate days and fell in love with the real estate profession, noting his passion for the, "highly personal relationships he continually develops with his colleagues and clientele-base in a city as diverse as Austin." Samantha Sischo, a Los Angeles native, came to Austin in 2010, enrolled at UT, and earned her real estate license within the year. Terri started her career selling real estate in Dallas and owned her own company for a number of years, before making the move to Austin 26 years ago and focusing her efforts on helping students and other young adults find their home away from home. Terri has been a leasing agent in and around the UT campus area for more than 18 years and works closely with the School of English assisting international students as they navigate their way through the leasing process. Year after year, from freshman year to graduation, Terri works for her clients, many of whom continue to work with her as they find their first homes in Austin and start their post-graduation careers.
Originally from El Paso,TX, Claudia Vargas has lived in Austin since 1983. Lori Kendall grew up in Bryan/College Station, Texas, but moved to Austin in 2005 to attend The University of Texas. After more than a decade in this incredible city, she couldn't be happier to call Austin her home. Lori received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from U.T.'s Moody College of Communication, the #3 ranked public relations program in the nation at that time. After graduation, she began her career in West Campus as an office manager and social media director at a local realty firm before joining the 24th Street Realty family. Debbie Roy is one of those rare creatures, a True Austinite - born and raised, that spent her early days living in 78704 before it was cool. A proud mother of two beautiful children, Stephen and Nicole, and a doting grandmother to her amazing grandson, Troy, Debbie is an Austin gal through and through and has enjoyed raising her family here. Bringing with her an extensive background in sales and customer service, Debbie began working with students in West Campus and quickly made a name for herself as a favorite among residents and staff. In 2017, she made the move to become a part of the 24th Street Realty family and currently enjoys working with students and their families to help them lease their home away from home. When Debbie isn't helping students lease the perfect property you can find her watching UT football (Hook Em!), playing with her grandson, or listening to her favorite musician, Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Crystal joined the Lee Properties team in 2008 to oversee 300 high-end home warranties of newly built homes in the Austin area. She quickly moved on to supervise the maintenance team for all of Lee Properties and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 2010. Recently she received her C.A.M. accreditation (Certified Apartment Manager) and for 3 years she managed 21 Pearl, a 135-unit apartment complex in the UT Austin West Campus neighborhood. In March of 2016 Crystal transferred offices and positions within the company to work as the Office Manager of 24th Street Realty where she oversees the leasing process working closely with Agents and Owners to ensure the successful leasing of units in the West Campus and surrounding areas. In her free time she enjoys running, spending time with her family and reading.
