Originally from El Paso,TX, Claudia Vargas has lived in Austin since 1983. After receiving her real estate license in 1997, she began working with students on finding properties convenient to campus and with non-students mostly in central, downtown, and South Austin. Claudia focuses on her clients, making sure each finds a property that fits his or her lifestyle. She builds solid relationships with her clients, and because of that has many repeat customers and referrals. She is excited to join the 24th Street Realty team.
