Emily Lee started her Real Estate career in Austin in 1993. After much success with Lee Properties she opened 24th Street Realty where she is the acting Broker and CEO. Throughout the years she has had the opportunity to gain experience managing properties including but not limited to commercial,multi-family, residential, HOA’s and new construction projects. She was involved in an $8 million development and new construction project in South Austin and most recently a managing partner in a $30 million project in West Campus near campus. Emily was involved in management from the point of raw land development through construction, leasing, sales and bank relationships. Receiving her Broker license in 2012, she is leading the company to new heights and aims to create the top brokerage in the campus and Central Austin area. Dedicated in her field, she is a licensed Broker, REALTOR, member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors and the MLS.
